Your user name must be unique and must be between 8 to 20 characters, comprised of both letters and numbers.

Your password must be between 8 to 32 characters and comprised of at least one lowercase character, one uppercase character, a number, and at least one special character:

Some suggestions when creating your user name and password:

• Don't choose a word from a dictionary
• Don't use personal information, such as your name, make of car etc.
• Don't tell anyone your password
• Don't write your password down anywhere

Your user name and password cannot contain any whitespace.

Your user name and password may have no more than 5 repeated characters or 3 consecutively repeated characters.

Your password cannot be the same as your user name.

You should change your password at regular intervals.
